Jenell Biggs

Jenell Biggs is Assistant Vice President of Federal Relations for the University of Arizona in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the University in 2017, Jenell worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Matt Salmon.

Before her time in DC, Jenell spent a year and a half as a missionary in New Caledonia. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University. She was born and raised in the great State of Arizona. Jenell has been on the Board of the State Society of Arizona since 2020 and serves as Treasurer.
